Summary
To Assemble, Test and inspect Products in line with production requirements.
Duties may include:-
Assembly / Manufacture of componemts, sub- assemblies , final assemblies of production and / or development products.
Supporting the introduction of new products into manufacture
Inspection and testing of products, including operation of automatic test equipment
Responsibility for self inspection thereby requiring high levels of accuraccy and quality of work
Welding, Brazing, coil winding, encapsulation, soldering and machine operatrion.
Skills and Expereince
No Formal qualifications are necessary but applicants must possess basic numerical and literacy skills.
Must meet stringent Visual Acuity standards including colour blindness and depth perception.
Must have previous experience within a similar assembly environment and have proven Mechanical or electrical skills. You will be responsible for self-inspection so a high level of accuracy and quality of work is essential.
