Summary

This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months

Sandwell’s Prevention Stores delivers / maintains / services equipment and assistive technology to enable the people of Sandwell to live as independently as they can within their home environment.

We are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer for a 12 month period to work as part of our administrative team. Your duties will include:-

Monitoring equipment reviews
Servicing schedules
Equipment orders
Order analysis
Applicants should possess:-

Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent
Experience of working in an administrative/business support environment.

Experience of using Microsoft Office applications. E.g. Word and Excel

The successful candidate must have effective prioritisation and time management skills, communicate effectively, be organised and with the ability to work on their own initiative.

You should enjoy working as part of a team who support people to live more independently.

Hours:

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
