You will have a proven track record within the events industry working on your own initiative initially being responsible for your own time management but paying attention at the same time to the ad hoc nature of the role.
You should be comfortable within corporate and private environments and be spontaneous in your response showing measured enthusiasm in your projects and at the sametime being open and flexible in ideas that are brought to you.
You must be outgoing where necessary with being reserved therefore matching the given circumstances.
You need to be comfortable with Tier 1 and UHNW clientele knowing the demands and quirks of this particular nature.
You will be given the tools to allow you to harness relationships and develop new ones through our trusted Global Affiliate Partner Programme.
You will be based from home and in the field arranging from inception to completion our Events Programme weather it is for a roadshow , corporate event or private party.
You are representing a fabulous bespoke and niche brand with a super high demographic of meteoric heights.
You will be representing us at tradeshows and wedding fairs including the all important network events on a regular basis.
You will be introduced to the overall business model of us here at Hackett&Hackett so that there is no misconception of what we are all about.
You must demonstrate flair and a true passion in what we develop and ultimately deliver.
You will have great delivery possessing panache and sophistication again showing high levels of communication.
A savvy attitude to be responsible for budget and fiscal matters is vital having great dexterity in closing deals and procuring monies when they are due and before they are due as in deposit form.
1.Planning events from start to finish according to requirements , target audiences and objectives.
2.Overseeing all aspects of events management , production and operations :venues , suppliers , and contractors ,content and program development , design ,briefs ,AV Production,vendor management ,logistics.invitations ( email and printed ),guest speakers,delegates registration,travel and accommodation,etc.
3.Researching ,coming up with original ideas and shaping the annual programme of events.
4.Managing budgets ( up to 300 k ) and liasing directly with Affiliate Management.
5.Ratifying insurance,legal,health and safety obligations and compliance are in place.
6.Leading promotional activities ( internal & external ) to communicate and amplify the Events.
7.Ensuring flow of communications before,during and after the event.
8.Supervising all staff and team briefs with info packs for the team.
9.Providing a robust reporting structure / CRM to the Founding Director.
10.Ensuring budget and fiscal responsibility is exercised and on time.
11.Contingency and problem solving skills to be manifestly demonstrated transparently.
12.Conduct ROI analysis
13.Managing marketing assets inventory
14.Tracking competitors and analysis of marketing
15.Commanding a grip on the USP of the brand for the group business here @

16.Confidence in cross selling both to core and group client base and service suppliers with affiliates .
17.Show initiative in website presence.
18.Savvy social media skills.
