We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi Trade CFTOPP to join our dynamic team in the generic industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently, utilizing a comprehensive range of trades and skills. The Multi Trade CFTOPP will be responsible for performing various tasks that include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work. Ideal candidates will possess a diverse skill set that allows them to tackle a range of requirements and challenges on-site. Apart from hands-on technical work, the role requires effective communication with team members and clients to ensure projects meet their specifications and deadlines. Safety is paramount; therefore, the candidate must adhere to regulatory standards and best practices in every aspect of their duties. The Multi Trade CFTOPP will work collaboratively with other tradespeople and provide support as needed, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect. Responsibilities
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as required in various projects
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess safety and quality standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to efficiently complete tasks
Prepare working areas and tools to ensure productivity and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to various trades
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites
Requirements
Proven experience in multiple trades including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Willingness to undergo continuous training and skill development in relevant trades
Hours Per Week: 20.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.39
