Summary
Have you ever wondered how you could get into the paint spraying industry? Have you had previous experience in the field but want to take the next steps with excellent on the job training?
We are thrilled to be supporting our client who are expanding their team. Working from the depot in Hinckley, your job will be full time leading to a permanent contract. You will be supporting the experienced paint sprayers with jobs, some bulk, others one-off.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Prepping products prior to paint application
• Masking and taping objects to be painted
• Learning how to spray with various materials such as primer, solid colours, metallic finish, and soft finish
• Quality checking and ensuring perfect finishes
General warehouse duties like lifting and shifting, cleaning, storage, and distribution.
Applicants for this role will need experience in a similar environment.
You will also have your own transport (due to shift time and location).

There will be overtime available on occasion, we ask that you are comfortable that overtime may be a must to get jobs done
You will be paid National living wage plus 75p per hour. This will vary on your age – 18 – 20 year olds will be £10.75 per hour and 21 and over £12.96 per hour.
