Summary
A great opportunity has arisen to join Salford’s Cared for Children’s service. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of excellent partnership working to lead the day-to-day impact of Children in Care. We are looking for someone with knowledge of strategic priorities ensuring the partnership arrangements are effectively delivered to evidence impact for children and their families.
We need someone who is passionate about cared for children, who strives to enhance opportunities, understand the importance of safeguarding and has detailed knowledge of and is able to provide a clear understanding of best practice with experience of working with partner agencies at a strategic level. You will be self-motivated and experienced in management and leadership. You will be confident in your knowledge of legislation and statutory guidance, policies and procedures and multi-agency working.
