Summary
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a committed child and family support worker to join the dedicated team of staff that take care of and nurture the wonderful children and families of St Joseph’s.We are a welcoming school and are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, flexible and calm member of staff whose role will be able to support all members of our school community.The successful candidate will;
Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
Is passionate about the crucial role ‘family’ has in the development of children and our Catholic missionHighly motivated to support vulnerable families, understanding the challenges that they may be facingKeen to work with a range of different partners both in the school and across the cluster of schools to meet the needs of children and their familiesHave excellent communication skills to keep families, school staff and other partners regularly updatedBe proactive, solution focused and non-judgemental
