Summary
Job Title: Chef
Pay: £18 per hour
Ongoing position
Hours: Early starts / 40 hours a week
Location - Catterick Garrison
Main Duties include:
- Prepare and serve food to the required quality standard.
- Follow recipe formats to help control waste.
- Ensure portion control.
- Apply "Food Safe" & Hygienic working practices.
- Work in support of all team members.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of food and ingredients.
- Good trade skills, preparation and production of good quality food.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Communication skills.
- Team player.
- Minimum 3 years on the job experience
