Summary
Your new company
A fast-growing fintech start up based in London are growing their customer support team. I am supporting them the recruitment of customer support executives. These roles are on a 3 month temp basis with the possibility of extension. You must be available to start immediately (now or within the next 2 weeks). This role will be remote however you will need to access the London office as and when required.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the following:
Engage with existing and prospective customers via our online chat and email to resolve their enquiries.
Collaborate with the Operation sand Compliance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Acquire knowledge of key operational tasks to assist the Pensions and Customer Operations teams as needed.
Contribute to a dynamic and enthusiastic team by sharing your insights and experiences.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Degree holder or possess relevant work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment.
