Summary
Legionella Risk Assessor, West Midlands, £27-32k
Applications are sought from experienced Legionella Risk Assessors, who have a proven background in assessing/evaluating water systems to identify potential risks and devise strategies for the prevention and control of Legionella.
Overview:
• Complete Legionella risk assessments according to ACOP L8 and HSG 274 standards
• Temperature monitoring of hot and cold water systems.
• Water tank inspection, cleaning and disinfection.
• TMV servicing.
• Checking and monitoring chemical dosing systems.
• Producing accurate reports and maintaining paperwork.
Requirements:
• Good working knowledge of Legionella ACoP L8
• Legionella Risk Assessment qualification could be an advantage
