Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner Supervisor to join our team, candidate will work 6 days out of 7 and shifts will be early morning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately, ensuring bins are emptied regularly.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients promptly and professionally.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between locations.
Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
