The main purpose of the role is to provide IT support for the business, enabling staff to work effectively and supporting the day to day running of the IT team.
Duties will include:
• Provide hands on, first line IT support and assistance across the business alongside our Managed IT Support Provider
• Liaising with and escalating issues internally and to third party software vendors and support partners to provide successful and timely resolutions
• Provisioning and maintenance of end user hardware across the business
• Processing job role changes, new starters and leavers
• Administration of IT software
• Maintenance of IT Asset registers for hardware and software
• Assisting in the delivery of technology enhancing projects when required, working alongside the IT Manager and IT Systems Administrator
• Provide admin support to the IT team
Essential Requirements
• IT Systems / Support experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 premium office suite
• Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Groups
• Basic network comprehension of TCP/IP & DNS
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers & mobiles)

Desirable
• Microsoft 365 Admin Centre experience
• SQL Server Database experience
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & Mobile Nav
• Microsoft Teams & SharePoint admin
