This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Advising on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and employment contracts.
- Supporting other team members with complex legal issues.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to the firm’s ongoing business development and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Strong academic background and a passion for employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a close-knit team.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
