A leading precision engineering company based in Sherborne is currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of CNC machines, including Fanuc-controlled turning centres, single and twin spindle, B Axis mill/turn, and sliding head machines.
The company specialises in producing high-quality, precision-machined components for a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth and demand, they are looking to expand their skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:-
Programming, setting, and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC turning centres, including single and twin spindle, B Axis mill/turn, and sliding head machines.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Monitoring machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.

Performing routine maintenance to maintain machine performance.

Adhering to safety procedures and company protocols.

Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
