As part of our dynamic environment, you’ll maintain and improve our database systems, oversee server performance, and provide hands-on IT support across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Database & Server Management
Maintain and optimize high-performing databases to ensure reliability and security
Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure for uptime and stability
Manage backups, disaster recovery, and implement data security protocols
Assist with designing and integrating scalable database solutions
IT Infrastructure & Support
Oversee networks, user access, and cybersecurity best practices
Manage IT hardware and software, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to reduce downtime
Business Optimization
Analyse and improve IT systems for better scalability and performance
Propose tech solutions to streamline operations and support company growth
Ensure all data is clean, accessible, and ready for reporting
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with our Project Manager & IT Team Lead – Diamond website development
Regularly report progress, performance, and system recommendations
Proactively flag risks or issues, always with a solution in hand
Who You Are
Strong experience with database administration, server management, and IT support
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
