Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on your strengths and experience. You will support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide targeted interventions, and help create a stimulating, inclusive environment for all learners. This is a hands-on role ideal for a graduate who is a clear communicator, has an enthusiastic demeanour, and is driven to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing in-class support across different subjects and year groups
Supporting small groups and 1:1 learning interventions
Helping students develop confidence and academic progress
Collaborating with teaching staff to adapt lesson delivery
Promoting a positive and engaging classroom environment
Supporting behaviour management and pupil wellbeing
