About us

Debt Advice Foundation is a registered national debt advice and education charity in England and Wales (no. 1148498).
The charity operates a free, national telephone debt counselling service as well as a financial capability education programme for schoolchildren.
As the cost of living continues to rise, we are expecting demand for our debt advice service to increase, which is why we are seeking additional debt advisers to join our team.

Key skills and experience

Experience of working in a contact centre environment will be required. Candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered for this role.
Candidates that meet the relevant experience will be fully trained within this role.
Responsibilities
Deliver a professional, impartial, pragmatic and outcome focused telephone advice service to all clients whilst working to company best practice, compliance and quality standards.
As you complete your training your role will expand and you will be equipped to provide callers with advice on the following areas: Income maximisation, budgeting, priority debts, unsecured debts, formal and informal debt solutions.
We operate a banded salary structure and successfully completing stages of training is rewarded by increased salary.
