Summary
Boards4agents is a Leicester-based business and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing business as a Sign Fitter.
Boards4agents has been operating since 2011 and is one of the leading sign-fitting companies in Leicestershire. We pride ourselves on supporting local businesses and understanding their individual needs.
The potential candidate must have the following:
Aged 30+ years old, to use a Cherry Picker
A clean full driver’s licence
The ability to drive a van. The vehicle will be provided.
The ability to use power tools to fit estate agent boards.
The ability to work at height using ladders.
The ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to provide two good references
A smartphone to use applications, take pictures of completed jobs and access data.
The ability to use a tablet
Main responsibilities:
Driving to properties across Leicestershire, fitting estate agent boards.
Ensuring all boards are fitted as per company standards
Using a Cherry Picker - Training will be provided.
Working outdoors in most weather conditions
Additional responsibilities of a Sign Fitter:
Supporting management in implementing business improvements.
Maintaining services by adhering to company operations and procedures.
Adhering to company Health and Safety practices
Upon return to the unit, ensure the vehicles used and the unit are kept tidy and ready for the next day
Wear Company Uniform (uniform will be provided)
Other duties as and when directed by the Management Team.
Key Performance Indicators:
How many signs are fitted to company standards correctly and within time?
Does the quality of work meet the company standards?

You can have a sign-fitting trial to see if the role is suitable.
Full training in sign fitting and associated tasks will be given.
Probation period of 6 months.
The position is full-time and permanent.
Salary: £25,400 per annum and will be based on skills and experience.
Working hours are 7.00 am - 3.30 pm. 40 hours per week. This is dependent on all boards being completed to company standards.
