Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Bread Production Team Leader to join our team. The role involves the supervision of our bread production shift. This will include: Managing a small team of staff to assist with production, mixing bread doughs, using machinery to produce the products, proving of bread and baking.
All training will be given to the standards we require.
Key Responsibilities:
Working to our food management system standards
Managing staff throughout the day
Responsible for quality of the product produced
Responsible for cleaning standards at end of shift
Food Safety
Time management
Department KPIs
Previous Experience is preferred but not necessary.
The shift patterns are:
Sunday 6am
Monday 10am
Tuesday 10am
Wednesday 10am
Thursday 11am
