Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Administrator to provide additional support to a busy Operations team.
You will be driven and motivated with a helpful and approachable manner. Requiring excellent communication & organisational skills with a good understanding of administrative processes.
Your role responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling labour requirements
• Assist with recruitment for factory personnel
• Work closely with HR on people issues
• Supporting production with any administrative needs, including inductions and training
• Obtain and report production data to support business operations
To be considered for this role we require the following skills, qualifications and experience:
• Excellent time management/ability to prioritise.
• Good IT Skills, competent using MS Office. (confident using MS Excel)
• Numerical / Analytical (identifying inconsistencies and trends in data)
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Organised, methodical.
• Close attention detail.
• Accurate recording of data.
• Able to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
You must be confident & personable, able to work as part of a team. You should have the ability to multitask, a flexible approach, with good admin, computer & numeracy skills and an eye for detail.
