Trade Operative to join our expanding team.

* Location: North West
* Perks: Company van & fuel card for work use
* Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Carrying out a wide range of joinery tasks – from fitting doors and windows to installing skirting boards and kitchen units
* Tackling general maintenance including plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing/electrical work
* Diagnosing and repairing issues in void (vacant) properties
* Working closely with maintenance teams to turn around units efficiently
* Maintaining detailed records of jobs completed, materials used, and time spent
* Reporting any major repairs or safety concerns
* Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards and compliance requirements
* Using IT/communication tools to stay organised and connected
* Upholding top standards of quality, compliance, and productivity
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or a related trade
* Valid CSCS card
* Full UK or EU driving licence
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
Additional Information:
Each successful applicant will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks prior to a start date being agreed:
* Right to work verification
* Qualification certificate check
* 2x Completed references
* OH Health Questionnaire – Fit For Work
* DBS check (if required for role)
* Completion of all new starter documentation including signed T&C’s
