Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic field and production workers to join our hard working teams.
The role will require a certain level of manual handling, so this needs to be taken into consideration. Physically demanding work on both the field and in the pack house.
Field work may involve husbandry,fruit picking, tunnel maintenance, construction and mesh winding. Work will involve heavy lifting, pushing and pulling, bending, working with tools and husbandry work may be involved. Work in all weather conditions.
Work in packhouse - trimming swede, packing swede.
Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage but not essential.
Excellent earning potential. You will be paid a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, performance bonuses and overtime.
Own transport is essential due to location and early starts.

• Good attitude to work
• You must be physically fit to carry out manual handling activities and cope with long periods of standing.
• Reliability and hands on attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
