Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• Experience designing age-appropriate PE programs tailored to the developmental needs of primary school children;
• Proven track record in promoting physical literacy, health, and well-being among young children;
• Experience in managing and organising school sports events, including inter-school competitions and after-school clubs;
• Leadership in mentoring and training other staff or sports coaches in delivering effective PE lessons;
• Experience in creating inclusive PE activities for pupils of all abilities, including those with special educational needs;
• Strong background in child safeguarding practices and first aid certification relevant to a school setting.
• Enthusiasm for promoting an active lifestyle and sports participation among children;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff;
• Positive references from previous coaching or related roles.
