Overview of the job Working mainly within the Health & Social Care sector and reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead and develop further CCL Solutions Strategic Planning Business Unit. This includes supervision, support, development and deployment of a team of colleagues to assist you in the development and authoring of HM Treasury compliant business cases, estates strategies and other strategic documents. Key Responsibilities: Development of the strategic planning team to achieve business plan objectives. Client development, liaison and feedback to ensure company performance requirements are achieved. Review resource requirements, manage internal and external resources within budget and report progress monthly to your line manager. Provide technical advice and support to the client and prepare monthly progress reports identifying any key risks to delivery. Overseeing production and submission of key content in accordance with the client requirements, relevant quality standards and program. Identification of business opportunities and development of fee proposals and tender submissions. Lead, support, and develop a high performing team to deliver complex business cases and other strategic documents to support investment objectives.
