Location: Birmingham Office
Salary: OTE £39,758.40 (First Year Earnings)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm (No weekends or bank holidays)

We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and supportive team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading recruitment company where full training and ongoing development will be provided – no previous experience required!
What You'll Be Doing:
Working as part of our busy call centre team, connecting talented professionals with top UK companies.
Engaging with candidates over the phone to understand their career goals and match them to suitable job opportunities.
Using our bespoke systems to manage applications and keep accurate candidate records.
Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Achieving personal and team targets with the opportunity to earn generous bonuses.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, and email systems.
A keen eye for detail and organisational skills.
No experience is necessary – full training will be provided!
