Clerical Assistant, Harris House Care Home, Isle of Harris
20 hours per week, Permanent post
£15,226 to £15,372 per annum, inclusive of £1,545 per annum Distant Islands Allowance

You will provide flexible, efficient and comprehensive clerical support to Harris House Care Home.

You must have proven experience of working in a busy office environment and hold an Administration / Business Studies qualification at SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues and competence in the use of IT systems and software such as Excel, Word and Outlook are essential for the post. You will have extensive knowledge of general clerical tasks and duties.

This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with adults.

Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
