Summary

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team across sales, marketing, and estimating functions


* Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives


* Drive new customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives and strong client relationship management


* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions


* Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and competitive customer quotations


* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate costing and scheduling


* Take ownership of all marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging


* Maintain and optimise the quoting/pricing system


* Oversee team performance, development, and recruitment


* Represent the business professionally in all client and stakeholder interactions


* Contribute to management meetings with insightful reporting and recommendations

What Were Looking For:

* 2+ years' experience in sales & marketing leadership


* Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability


* Skilled in team management, reporting, and strategic planning


* Excellent communication, organisational, and tech-savvy skills


* A hands-on, collaborative leader with a growth mindset




Desirable:

* Experience in a technical or product-based industry (training provided)


* A-Level Maths or equivalent
