Summary
Tasks:
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring the right talent is hired for the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to align with business objectives and legal compliance.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions to maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct performance appraisals, and develop training programs for employee growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures to maintain fair and competitive remuneration.
• Lead workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure long-term business sustainability.
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of teamwork, engagement, and productivity.
