Summary
Join a friendly, well-established firm of Solicitors based in Leeds city centre!
We’re seeking an experienced Secretary/PA with good experience of commercial litigation work to provide high quality secretarial and admin support to a team of Fee Earners in the Commercial Litigation department.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Preparing court bundles.
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and handling telephone and email
enquiries.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Assisting with billing processes and case management systems.
You will need:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm.
- Excellent IT and document production skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A confident, friendly manner with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and
colleagues.
- Familiarity with case management systems is preferred.
