Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Temporary Data Entry Clerk, for an initial 3-month contract, to support our client with administrative and data entry tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. The role will be split between my client's offices in Inverness and Muir of Ord.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties, including data entry and raising queries
• Maintain organised records
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with mail distribution, photocopying, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to drive or live in the local vicinity of Muir of Ord
