Summary
Main duties of the job To work closely with the Practice Nursing team and Doctors NHS Health Checks Annual Hypertension, CKD, CHD health reviews Diabetic foot checks ECG recording Phlebotomy Processing and management of laboratory samples requested by GPs/nurses Assisting in the assessment and surveillance of patient's health and well being Helping to raise awareness of health and well-being and how it can be promoted Blood pressure checks Administering flu (and other) vaccinations B12 injections Helping with all other chronic condition monitoring Assisting GPs with minor surgery
