Summary
Fancy leading game-changing transformation projects?
Location: UK - Field Based (Location: UK Hybrid/Remote – we would expect approx. 50% working from home and 50% working from client offices in Oxfordshire/sites across the UK)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale change projects that transform how businesses work
- Partner with clients to shape and deliver their transformation strategy
- Build a culture of continuous improvement across organisations
- Manage end-to-end project delivery with measurable results
- Train and upskill teams in improvement methodologies
What You'll Need
- Green Belt (or equivalent) in Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement
- Solid track record managing end-to-end change projects
- Brilliant relationship skills at all business levels
- Confidence to challenge constructively
- Drive to bring others along on the change journey
- Sharp eye for improvement opportunities
