About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Conveyancer (Property Solicitor or CILEX) with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property matters. While strong residential experience is essential, candidates with commercial property exposure will be viewed favourably.
This full-time role is primarily based at the client’s office in Reading. However, hybrid or fully remote working options will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation
• Carry out title checks, searches, and all necessary due diligence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards
• Support with commercial property transactions, if applicable
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum of 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Demonstrable ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential
• Proficiency with legal case management systems
