An exciting opportunity has arisen in Manchester to for a HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team on a 3 month contract.
You will support the department in fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement, improving HR systems, and supporting various HR functions.
Main Tasks - PROJECTS – EDI - Culture change – Job evaluation – Recruitment and organisational development
General HR. Assess and enhance current HR systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Researching new methods/solutions to improve day-to-day operations.
Deal with various HR queries throughout the business. Provide guidance and support to managers in managing employee performance.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPD accredited (full or part)
• Proven experience in HR process improvement and systems management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems (AGILE Project mgmt).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices
