We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Head of Customer Voice and Community Wellbeing, our Wellbeing & Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader is responsible for delivering MSV’s Wellbeing and Tenancy Sustainment services in collaboration across the Group and with external partners.

In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.



What does our Wellbeing & Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader do;

Lead, manage and motivate the team working collaboratively across the Group.

Lead on and be responsible for delivering a range of initiatives which will benefit MSV’s customers

Deliver relevant tenancy sustainability related strategies & policies and procedures

Be responsible for identifying, delivering and reviewing wellbeing and sustained support services.

Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to maximise the impact of joint working and actively promote interagency working throughout the regional team.



What we are looking for;

Level 4 in Charted Institute of Housing / or willingness to work towards  

Full driving licence and willing to travel across the Northwest

Experience of managing people effectively

Experience of delivering wellbeing support and managing wellbeing services.

Customer focused and a desire to provide services to a high standard
