Summary
We are recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager to lead exceptional service delivery at Bryngarw House. You’ll lead training, and manage a dynamic team, playing a key role in maintaining high standards and an excellent customer experience.
In this hands-on role, you’ll liaise with caterers and suppliers, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and support budget targets. You’ll also drive innovation and sustainability within the venue’s operations and oversee the development of Bryngarw Café and related functions.
We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive, solution-driven attitude, and a passion for customer service. You’ll have supervisory experience in a food and beverage setting, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a commitment to excellence under pressure. An NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality or equivalent experience is essential, along with a full driving licence.
