Summary
The post holder will work within the MIIU, overseen by the Matron to ensure the delivery of effective and high quality clinical services and the achievement of both strategic objectives and relevant performance targets. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring high quality care through the daily co-ordination of activities whilst working autonomously with responsibility for the assessment, examination and care planning to patients who attend the MIIU delivering evidence based care, to enable the appropriate safe discharge of patients attending the MIIU, working within the scope of practice at all times. Promoting a positive approach to new challenges and creative ways ofworking. Acting as patient advocate throughout the MIIU processliaising with all members of the multidisciplinary team to co-ordinate all aspects of patient care.
