Summary
Senior IT Support Engineer (Education Sector)
As a Senior IT Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.
Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.
You will have:
Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an Education / School environment (Essential).
Experience in working to SLA’s.
Experience of supporting across multi-site.
1st, 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
Experience in supporting key stakeholders
Experience in budgeting
Team leadership experience (ideally)
A valid UK Driving License.
Technical Skills Required:
MS Office / O365
Azure Support
MS Intune
User support
Windows Server
Active Directory / AD
MS Exchange
Firewalls
Network Support
