Summary
Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting agendas to facilitate effective communication among project team members.
Track project progress by updating project management software and tools, ensuring milestones are met on schedule in alignment with Anchor Informatics project objectives.
Compile and organize project documentation, ensuring all necessary materials are accessible for team members and stakeholders at Anchor Informatics.
Conduct risk assessments for projects at Anchor to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Support the project manager in liaising with external vendors and stakeholders to maintain communication and project alignment with Anchor Informatics clients strategic goals.
Analyze project data to prepare reports on project status, performance, and outcomes for internal review and stakeholder updates within Fintech clients.
Participate in quality assurance processes by reviewing project deliverables and providing feedback to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements in accordance with Anchor Informatics quality policies.
