Summary
AllChild (formerly West London Zone) is an award-winning early intervention charity
that helps children and young people build the relationships and skills they need to
flourish and in their school and community.
Our aim is for every child to achieve good social, emotional, and academic
wellbeing. We call this ‘creating SEA change’.
We currently work with 1,700 children and young people. We’ve grown rapidly since
our launch in 2016 and are now expanding our work to Wigan as the first stage in
our national growth plans.
We continue to focus on improving thr quality and impact
of our core programme, whilst also committing to work more deeply in both London
and the North West by building up our team and individuals in the local community
to drive impact and change.
We are looking for 1x Associate Link Worker and 6x Link Workers to join our team in Wigan. Associate Link Workers and Link Workers (with their Community Team Managers) and Link Workers will deliver the AllChild programme in either a Primary or Secondary School. This will involve spending most of their week in the school setting, developing trusted relationships with the Children and Young People in their cohort and delivering tailored support in line with their programme aims.
