They are looking for a proactive and professional Property Inspector to join their friendly team based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected agency with a strong reputation in property management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports
* Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding property condition and maintenance
* Complete inventories and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements
* Report and manage maintenance issues, instructing contractors as needed
* Register applicants, handle enquiries, and carry out property viewings
About You:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience in lettings or property management is an advantage
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence required
