Crynodeb
Strategic Leadership Leads on the development and delivery of QTSs HR & People plan seeking to support QTSs current and future goals and priorities, whilst responding to feedback from the QTS Annual Staff Survey. Acts as a trusted adviser to the QTS team, but primarily the QTS Directors, Deputy Directors and Associate Directors, supporting them with all HR and People-related reporting and aspects of business planning and transformation. In particular, in relation to the organisations design, structure and senior succession planning. Provide expert guidance on employment law, workforce planning, organisational change, and employee relations. Development of Lead on complex workforce matters, including any significant restructures, TUPE transfers, and/or strategic workforce planning. Liaison for any union-based communications including enquiries and renegotiation of terms. Champion a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance. Support the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that meet current and future capability needs within QTS. Developing strategic relationships with CNWLs primary functions in order to support the effective delivery of QTSs HR & People function. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of national initiatives relevant to QTSs workforce and commercial success, such as the NHS People Plan principles and/or NHS Englands E&F Workforce Action Plan.
