Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Hospitality staff for a role based in Woolacombe.

In this role, you will provide a friendly, professionally food and beverage service to guests, demonstrating a knowledge of available products and a willingness to exceed customer expectations.

Job Duties:

* Serving guests food and drinks during service times.

* Welcoming guests and interacting in a friendly and professional manner.

* Working as a team to provide a high-quality dining experience.

* Comply with Health and Safety regulations, in particular Food Safety regs.

* Have in-depth knowledge of the food and drink menu items.

* Keep work areas and dining areas in a clean and tidy condition.

* Maintain strict allergen controls on all occasions.

* Clear and relay tables as required, making sure the restaurant is ready for service.

* Welcome and greet customers

Person Specification:

* Keen eye for detail and be proactive.

* Willing to learn and support colleagues across all departments.

* Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within the timeframes given.

* Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner and take appropriate action with regards to their feedback.

* Takes care and pride in their work.

* Takes a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance.

* Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken.

* Comply with brand, hotel and department operating standards.
