SEN Teacher / SEN Early Career Teacher - Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with varied special educational needs
• Work alongside the SENCo, teaching assistants, and wider staff to create and implement personalised learning plans
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Track pupil progress and refine teaching approaches to address individual requirements
• Establish meaningful relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
• Support pupils' academic achievement, emotional wellbeing, and social development
SEN Teacher / SEN Early Career Teacher - What We're Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an SEN ECT on track to qualify by summer 2025
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, either in teaching or support roles
• A degree in Psychology, Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related subject
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, innovation, and a proactive teaching style
• A steadfast commitment to inclusive education and the success of every pupil
