Summary
Apprentice Supervisor - Fixed Term Contract – 42 months
We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Supervisor to join our team based from our office in Westminster, W9 2AR.
About the Role.
Attending all required college training days, as required, you’ll have excellent demonstrable interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients, along with a sound understanding of internal processes, with the ability to apply them in working practices.
Day to day you carry out site inspections and audits, management of repairs works, safety inspections of sites, vehicle, and equipment
You’ll train to deliver the highest quality service within site supervision, working efficiently and safely, in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.
You will complete a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship with Skills4Stem. This is an in house apprenticeship with the majority of contact with the college being delivered online.
About You
- A positive, can-do attitude to work.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Capable of using your own initiative
- GCSE Maths and English which is grade 4-9 (C-A*) or Functional Skills Level 2 desirable.
