Summary
GR Employment Limited is currently recruiting for several Parcel Sorters in the Raunds area of Northamptonshire for a well-established logistics organisation.
As a warehouse operative, you play a crucial role in the safe and efficient handling of our parcels within our depots.
Each day as a warehouse operative will be unique. You will have all the necessary tools to perform your duties, which include unloading, scanning, sorting, and loading parcels. Your goal is to ensure that each parcel's journey through our network is both safe and swift.
You will be handling a variety of parcels, including large and heavy items weighing up to 25 kg. This job is physically demanding, so you must be able to lift, load, and carry items to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.
Shift Available:
Nights:
Sunday to Saturday: 00:00 to 8:30am
Hourly Rate: £12.21 Per hour (weeks 1-12) increasing to £14.91 after week 13
Please note that the pay rate after 06:00 – will be £12.21
Overtime paid after 40 hours - £21.02 per hour (paid from week 13)
Afternoon:
Between Monday to Friday: 4pm to 9pm (finish time may vary from 8:30pm till 9:30pm)
Hourly Rate: £12.21 Per hour
You will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
