• Hold a clean UK driving licence

• Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook an advantage)

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Trainee IT Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain our high standards
of service and support to field and office users across Kent/Sussex/Hampshire

Role Summary

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Perform regular system updates and backups.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate to improve processes and systems.
• Educate and train users on best practices and new technologies.
• Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
