Your Role as General Services Manager:As a key leader in our Corporate Services division, you'll be the strategic force behind delivering exceptional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services on-site. You’ll:
Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse, multi-disciplined team
Serve as the main point of escalation and operational resolution for the client
Manage the full spectrum of soft and hard FM services with commercial and financial rigour
Ensure governance, quality, safety, and compliance across all functions
Drive innovation, business growth, and continuous improvement initiatives
Champion the Vested Contract model and foster collaborative partnerships
- ✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing large sites with multi-service FM delivery
Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage €8m+ P&L accounts
Adept in problem-solving, innovation, and change leadership
Commercial awareness and a passion for operational excellence
Desirable: Facilities, Engineering, or Business qualification and experience in Hard/Soft FM
