Summary
Please note this is office based role, and experience within an industrial environment is essential.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our highly successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham.
Pay and Benefits:
• Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
• 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays)

Responsibilities:
• Handling customer complaints and processing returns
• Managing courier claims efficiently
• Collaborating with the Logistics Manager to streamline processes
Qualifications / Experience
• Strong IT skills (Google Drive) and phone systems (Cisco)
• Working knowledge of CRM tools
• Ability to deal with a variety of daily issues, multi task and prioritise work
• Continuous improvement driven with a desire to seek and implement change
