Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Coffee Van Franchisee. The Coffee Van Franchisee will be responsible for operating a mobile café, serving gourmet coffees, hot drinks, and quality foodstuffs to businesses and at events. Daily tasks include driving the coffee van, preparing and serving drinks and food, managing inventory, engaging with customers, and ensuring vehicle and equipment maintenance. Franchisees also benefit from ongoing support and training to help build and manage their business effectively.
You'll be running your own business, and will require a modest investment. You will also need somewhere to park your mobile coffee van, and somewhere to store stock and refrigerators for consumables.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or barista skills is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be given
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Valid UK driving license and a clean driving record held for 2+ years
- Experience in the mobile coffee or food industry is a plus
